Voluntary Association against Vaccine Mandates: Membership Form

This is a voluntary association of people that are against being forced to be injected COVID-19 ‘vaccines’.

It has been created for the possible interdiction of employers who are forcing their staff to be vaccinated with COVID-19 ‘vaccines’.

This association is open to all people in South Africa who wish to support the people of South Africa being affected by ‘vaccine’ mandates via the above initiative.

To become a member of this Voluntary Association, please fill out the form below.
