How to Send your own Notice of Liability
For Schools
Schools are busy building their policies for Covid-19 Vaccination. Sending a liability notice will help influence policy making.
Process to initiate
Spearhead a group of parents at the school as few as two of you can start a group, each of you would hand in a Notice of Liability, the more the better though. Once established, download the Notice of Liability template from the download link below. Copy every parent on your group via email with the below instructions.
Process to Send
- Make two copies of the Notice of Liability and two copies of the Receipt Notice.
- Fill out and sign your section of both copies of the Notice, and initial the bottom of all pages.
- Strike through the Teacher section and the Affected section, leaving Parent section open for the principal to complete.
- Fill out the Delivered section of the both copies of the Receipt Notice.
- Make an appointment with the principal or headmaster to hand over the Notice.
- If they get sticky about the above due to Protocols, respond with, “I will need to see them in person as I need to hand over a legal notice.”
- Meet with a strong, calm, protective energy and get them to sign both Receipt Notices – take one copy back with you.
- Leave both copies of the Notice of Liability with them.
- Email a copy of the Receipt Notice to Victor Legal for their records ([email protected]).
- You will need to collect one of the completed forms from them within 72 hours, and they will keep the other copy
- Send a copy of the completed form to Victor Legal, and keep the original yourself.
